A beautiful nod to the German beers we've loved to brew since we opened in 2014, an aroma of banana and clove leap through the soft pillowy head of this German-style strong wheat beer. Brewed with 50% wheat malt and 45% Vienna, the S&O Weizenbock is a warming 7.1% with notes of plum, raisin, bready malt, and a hint of bubblegum.
