Hazy IPA w/ Passionfruit, Guava & Prickly Pear
Winter doldrums, I believe they call them.
Time drags on and darkness lingers and we're itching for the relief of warm sunshine and bright days. A quick flight down south would be nice!
We don't have the ability to fly you down to more temperate climates but we did concoct a little escape as an alternative...
We combined passionfruit, guava and prickly pear cactus with an easy drinking hazy IPA base to provide a momentary getaway. Dry hop additions of Vic Secret and Mosaic provide layers of tropical fruit support with gentle bitterness and bubblegum. With a smooth mouthfeel, enhanced by the additions of spelt and oats, Arizona offers a bright, refreshing and balanced sip to wash away the gloom. At least for a little while!
