Zoigl Keller Lager

In northeastern Bavaria during medieval times Zoigl would be brewed in a communal brewhouse. Each brewer would then take some home to ferment in their own cellar. When the beer was ready they would put up a 6 pointed star called a Zoiglstern. This signified that the beer was ready to drink to folks passing by and people would just walk into brewers homes to enjoy the beer until it was gone.

5.1% and brewed with German barley and German noble hops. Medium bodied and swinging in somewhere between a Helles and Marzen on the malty scale. A perfect lager for cold weather.

5.1% ABV
